Welcome to CraigOwl Communities, a Dundee based company working to tackle disadvantage and social exclusion in the city and surrounding areas.

We provide learning opportunities, training and qualifications, guidance and support to people who need help to improve their circumstances and realise their potential. We offer a range of interesting and enjoyable projects that help people to:

• improve confidence and self esteem
• get help with literacy, numeracy and dyslexia
• improve IT skills and access the Internet
• gain qualifications
• improve jobsearch skills
• find a work placement
• move into employment or Further Education

Our projects run in the City Centre and our community based centres in Whitfield, Hilltown and Coldside. All are well equipped with IT and learning resources, all are informal and friendly but with a sound learning structure.

We are also developing social enterprises in Tayside and Fife to generate employment opportunities, contribute to local community development and provide sustainability.

Our Learndirect Scotland branded sites enable us offer a wide range of accredited training and qualification opportunities to the general public, e.g. ECDL, CSCS, REHIS Health and Safety to mention but a few.
